During its “Wonderlust” address on Tuesday, Apple is going to show off new iPhone models and Apple watches.
ParallelFacts said earlier that Apple’s yearly fall event will take place on Tuesday, September 12 this year.
This is the first event since Apple showed off the Vision Pro. Apple is known for putting out a new iPhone every year, and four different models of the iPhone 15 are planned.
Mark Gurman of Bloomberg, who has a good track record when it comes to Apple leaks, says that the iPhone 15 and 15 Plus will be remade versions of the iPhone 14 Pro, but without the telephoto camera or stainless steel body.
Ming-Chi Kuo, a well-known Apple expert, said that the iPhone 15 Pro Max will have a horizontally mounted periscope lens and camera unit, like the Pixel 7 Pro, Galaxy S23 Ultra, and Sony Xperia 1 V.
Kuo also said that the volume and power buttons on both Pro models would be solid-state. This would make them even different from the standard 15 and 15 Plus. The buttons wouldn’t be mechanical, but more like the touch-sensitive area on the iPhone 7 that works like a “home button.”
