African Gaint Damini Ogulu, better known by his stage name Burna Boy, is an artist who has won a Grammy Award. He recently claimed that American rapper J. Cole compared him to the late hip-hop great Tupac Shakur.
ParallelFacts previously asserted that J. Cole appeared on the song “Thanks” from Burna Boy’s seventh studio album, “I Told Them,” which came out a week ago.
Burna Boy stated in the most recent episode of the Rap Radar Podcast, which is hosted by Elliott Wilson, that he “ended up in the studio with J.Cole and a bunch of basketball players and that J.Cole told him that Burna Boy is like Tupac reincarnated in Africa.
“And before we start [recording], he [J. Cole] just goes, ‘Bro, this n*gga is Tupac,'” the artist explained. After that, I turned to see who he was referring to in the surrounding area. It is I that he is referring to here. This n*gga is like Tupac reborn in Africa; he’s like that, man,” he said.
