In a trending video that surfaces online today which has caused lots of reactions throughout the day. The popularly known Zazuu crooner portable was invited to the NBA Conference tagged “UNBARRED” which was held in Abuja to perform and entertain the attendees which went south as portable performed to entertain them like one who entertains “The Streets”.
According to a video, Portable was seen shirtless during his performance but what proved to be the talk of the town was the moment he climbed a tall stage truss to dance in a bid to entertain his audience. A background voice was heard screaming ‘Don’t do that” while some were cheering the street entertainer up.
In another trending video from the event, a large group of lawyers were seen leaving the event while portable performs. It is evident that some lawyers present in the event were as unsatisfied as most of the public and a large number of lawyer were seen booing the zazuu crooner as they exit the event in displeasure.
The conference is one that ends not until midnight but with the introduction of Portable as the guest entertainer, a whole lot of lawyers left the show in a very disappointed mood as they expected something more inclined with the personalities present at the conferee and a show in line with the event at hand.
The show is believed to be a conflict of personality as Portable is known to be a street performer and his unique way of performing does not suit the NBA event where Reputable and honorable individuals are present. While some an NBA concert? That’s nothing but an insult to all dignified attendees.
The organizers or whoever invited him to perform there didn’t think through and it’s a good thing that some lawyers staged a walkout. Lawyers staged a WalkOut during the conference in Abuja.
The public has seriously criticized the NBA for bringing portable to the event. A popular X user Daniel Regha is one of many who took to twitter to criticize the event. He said “ Portable that has broken the law repeatedly was invited to perform at an NBA concert? That’s nothing but an insult to all dignified attendees. The organizers or whoever invited him to perform there didn’t think through and it’s a good thing some lawyers staged a walkout”.
