According to reports, former Manchester United head coach Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is being considered as a potential candidate for the vacant manager’s position at Leicester City.
The Foxes are looking to fill the role in the near future following their relegation from the Premier League on the final day of the 2022/23 season.
The current interim manager, Dean Smith, is not expected to continue in the managerial position.
Aside from Solskjaer, other contenders such as Scott Parker and Enzo Maresca are also believed to be under consideration for the role of Leicester’s next manager.
The Daily Mail suggests that there is some level of support within Leicester’s hierarchy for Solskjaer to take charge at the King Power Stadium. Solskjaer has been without a job since his departure from Manchester United in November 2021.
