Jeremie Boga has signed with OGC Nice after being by Atalanta with a transfer fee of €18m plus add-ons. The winger has finalized his move and will play with OGC Nice next season 2023/24.
The 26 year old attacker left Chelsea permanently in 2018 to sassuolo after a series of loans. He had his mark at Sassuolo where he played 99 games and scored 18 goals. The winger was a threat to defenders and was known for his dribbles and speed.
After spending two years at Sassuolo, he moved to Atalanta initially in a loan deal but signed permanently. He played 38 games for Atalanta but only scored two Goals. Coupled with injuries and being out of favour in the team, his spell was one to forget for the player.
The forward will now continue another chapter of his life at OGC Nice. Medicals already completed and deal is completed signed.
Statement from Jeremie Boga after completing his move says “I felt it was the right time for me to comeback to France. The OGC Nice project excited me”.
