Following the group stage draw for the UEFA Champions League (2023–24 season) on Friday in Monaco, the governing body of European football has officially announced the dates and kickoff times for the six matchdays.
One of the outstanding matches on matchday one is Manchester United’s journey to Munich, a rematch of the legendary 1999 final at Camp Nou.
Reigning Champions Manchester City begin their campaign with a home game against Red Star Belgrade, while Union Berlin begin their Champions League journey with a trip to the Santiago Bernabeu.
Italian giants Inter Milan, who were runners-up in the previous season, kick off their current campaign with a trip to San Sebastian to play Real Sociedad.
After a six-year absence from Europe’s most prestigious competition, Arsenal returns to group B, where they will play at home to PSV on matchday one.
The group stage of the competition will end on December 13, with groups E to H playing their final group stage games.
