BREAKING: Tobi Amusan wins Wanda Diamond League Women’s 100m Hurdles

Tobi Amusan has once again clinched another title as she won the Eugene Diamond League 100m Hurdles on Sunday.

The Nigerian won the 100-meter hurdles in 12.33 seconds, which was enough to claim another victory for her.

In August, Amusan was dethroned as the women’s 100-meter hurdles world champion by Jamaica’s Danielle Williams after placing sixth in the final at the 19th World Championships in Budapest, Hungary.

Recall that a three-person panel that the World Athletics Organization established to examine the AIU’s actions lifted the suspension of Amusan two days prior to the Budapest 2023 world championships.

Tobi Amusan’s comeback is not surprising, as the queen of track continues to put Nigeria in the spotlight.
